Space Rental

An open air layout with lots of natural light, windows (South and North facing), and industrial height ceilings. An ideal space for workshops, photo shoots, video shoots, and more.

Beautiful flooring and clean white walls makes the space a blank canvas to accommodate small and large groups for parties, meetings, and special events. Centrally located at the corner of West 6th Avenue and Hemlock Street in a building complex called Hemlock Station. Easily accessible by transit and ample free street parking in surrounding neighbourhood.

Hourly and daily rates available. Discount available for ongoing longer term contracts.
